Early Termination (Applicable to expatriate company only)
The Tenancy Agreement may be terminated before the expiry date under the following conditions:
  • The Tenant is permanently transferred to a post outside Malaysia.
  • The Tenant's work permit is terminated.
  • If either of these conditions occurs before the term of 2 years but after a minimum stay of 1 year, the Tenant may terminate the tenancy agreement by giving 2 months written notice or pay 2 months rental in lieu of notice.
